Dated rooms, dated bathrooms, hallway carpeting on all floors needs severely cleaned or replaced, and the television in our room was pretty old. We had to have our room keys changed out 3 times because they didn't work all the time.

Having to leave
An okay place to stay.
Maid service did not show up one day. When we came back that night and called about it. All they did was send up some towels. Didn't even take the used ones away and didn't give us enough. Pool is a small indoor/outdoor. Together it's okay if not many people, but one side alone way too small.
Location, building, most employees who tried to help, but could not fix the problems
1. Loud band next to room. Could not think or sleep until after 11 pm 2. No phone that worked. Had to call front desk with cell phone 3. Breakfast at 9:15 am - no fruit left, no plates for toast, omelette poorly made with cold cheese There were two other things I forgot, since this was two weeks ago. someone called me from the hotel, but I have been on overload and could not call back. At Hampton Inn they would credit the night. That is what this hotel should have done. I have heard nothing by email or mail to confirm any adjustment.
The food and staff were excellent
I selected "pay later" option which is a higher rate. My card was charged the morning of my check-in date before I even got to the hotel. They should make that clear when booking the room.
Clean rooms and facilities, and very professional staff. It is close to multiple stores and restaurants.
